Delivery procedures by carrier.

Because every product is handmade on-demand and we do not carry inventory, we average 3 business day production and offer the following shipping methods:

  • Express (International): 3-5 business days, dropshipped to the end customer directly from China.

  • Premium (International): 4-7 business days, dropshipped to the end customer directly from China.

  • Economy (US Only): 7-10 business days, dropshipped from our manufacturing center to our distribution center in Columbus where it is relabeled and shipped to the end customer. 

Please note, shipping times are estimated and also are contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our manufacturing centers, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore Angry Couture cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimated. For Home Goods, we average 7 business day production. If you are in a US territory or have an APO address check out our delivery times here.

All packages will require signatures upon delivery. However, carrier protocol is to leave the package at a specific location without signature if the delivery area meets carrier safety measures. You may visit the following carrier websites to adjust your delivery options.

Two delivery attempts are made from shipping carriers. After two attempts have been made, the package will remain at a local facility for 7 days before sending back to the shipper or you may risk having it destroyed. If you miss the second attempt, please contact the carrier to confirm which local facility the package is located at for pickup. Once a shipment is destroyed, Angry Couture cannot refund the order. If you have issues retrieving your package, please contact Angry Couture and we are happy to assist in getting your package successfully delivered.

Return & Exchange Policy

This is why we proudly offer our 100% print guarantee! In the event your product or your customers product is damaged or defective, please contact Angry Couture within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect. Angry Couture will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund. Angry Couture will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request with an explanation of its decision.

Should the return be considered a defect, Angry Couture reserves the right to investigate and conduct a thorough analysis of the defect, which may include sending the defective merchandise to Angry Couture before a decision can be made. Before submitting for a return, please note the following:

  • Review our sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your product requirements for your customers. 

  • Review our Print Guide so you are aware of each disclaimer, print method and its requirements for best quality printing.

  • Dirty or worn clothing with missing tags/labels are not eligible. Washed clothing is not eligible for return. â€‹
